Bonded screw closures N 9 slit Silicone/PTFE liners are typical products for usage on Waters autosamplers. Their thick and blunt needles tend to push simply assembled liners into the vial during penetration which can be avoided by a firm fixation of the liner in the bonded closures. The slit prevents the formation of a vacuum inside the vial in case of multiple injections. Septa firmly connected with cap and cannot be removed.
