COD Test Kit (Big Pack) Disposal Fees (4 packs)
- MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: 4 packs
- An additional charge of RM70 per pack will incur for quantities exceeding 4 packs.
- Customer need to pack in original packaging, seal properly and labelling with “FRAGILE” and “SW109” before return to CSQ office either by hand or by Courier Services (cost bear by customer).
- CSQ only collect for MN tube not for other brand.
- PO need to send to CSQ before returning the used tube. Customer can only return to CSQ after we acknowledge the PO.
