COD Test Kit (Small Pack) Disposal Fee (30 packs)
- MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: 30 packs
- An additional charge of RM10 per pack will incur for quantities exceeding 30 packs.
- Customer need to pack in original packaging, seal properly and labelling with “FRAGILE” and “SW109” before return to CSQ office either by hand or by Courier Services (cost bear by customer).
- CSQ only collect for MN tube not for other brand.
- PO need to send to CSQ before returning the used tube. Customer can only return to CSQ after we acknowledge the PO.
